The Ethnographic Museum of Moldavia within "Moldova” National Musem Complex of Iasi organizes during the period 19-20 April 2008, on Lapusneanu Street, the 8th edition of the interactive exhibition "Painted Eggs". The event shall be opened between 11 am and 19pm, the official inauguration taking place on Saturday, 19th April, at 11 hours.

The event includes demonstrations, exhibition, purchase, and involves the participation of famous folk artists of Bucovine, from sites with a tradition in this field, such as Vatra Moldovitei, Vicovu de Sus, Brodina, Ulma, Paltinu.

In the epoch of rapidity of communication by means of the highest technologies, the Ethnographic Museum of Moldaviva proposes to all citizens and visitors of the city of Iasi  to rediscover traditions inherited from our ancestors, that folk artists transmit to the young generation.
