"Christian Paraschiv 1977-2007" Retrospective Exhibition

The Art Museum within ”Moldova” National Museum Complex of Iasi will inaugurate the exhibition ”Christian Paraschiv - Retrospectives 1977- 2007”, on 21 June 2007, 18:00 hours, in the central hall of the Palace of Culture. The exhibition, organized at the initiative of the National Museum of Contemporary Art in Bucharest, will be displayed in the Contemporary Art Galery of the Palace of Culture until the end of August 2007, being then further presented in towns like Bistrita, Sibiu and Timisoara.

The inauguration speech will be sustained by acad. Dan Haulica, and the artist, born in Romania and established in France, permanently represented in the L’Enciegne des Oudin Galery of  Paris, will also attend the opening ceremony .

The exhibition includes paintings, graphic works, photo – instalations, picto-objects, which belong to several cycles of his artistic creation, since the 1980s till the present days.
